两校区宿舍收费标准

1、仙林校区房间价格:3000元人民币/学期/床位。 

2、鼓楼留学生公寓房间价格:双人间52元/天/床位;单人间67元/天。

3、房费可刷卡、微信或者支付宝支付;押金需现金支付。

提醒:仙林校区宿舍没有床垫和被褥枕头等床上用品,需自备。

             鼓楼校区宿舍有床垫,但是没有被褥枕头等床上用品,需自备。

预定宿舍

公费学生(含CSC学生,国际中文教师奖学金学生)不需要预订宿舍,直接到宿舍办理入住即可。

自费生需提前预订,只要能够在官网提交预订信息就意味着预订成功,预订成功后方可在规定的日期去宿舍办理入住手续。无法预定则表示已无房源,需自行安排外住。暑期开放预订的时间为8月初,寒假开放预订的时间为1月中旬。请注意开始入住日期,如果提前入境,需自行安排住处,请提前安排好行程。

南京大学在南京有两个校区,同学们根据自己上课的校区选择住处。(如果你不确定自己院系和年级所在的校区,请向所在院系了解。)

鉴于宿舍房源不足,新入境自费生将不保证都能预订到学生宿舍。一些同学选择古南都亦闲公馆(南京云南路地铁站店)作为入境后的过渡酒店,地址:上海路160号;电话:86-25-85202626。入境前后,学生通过租房APP预先了解自己就读校区附近的住房,来南京后办理租房手续。租房信息可参考以下APP:安居客、贝壳租房、自如、我爱我家。学校附近出租房房源较为充足。


仙林留学生公寓宿舍管理规定

欢迎您来南京大学学习。根据国家留学生管理规定,为使您在学习期间生活的安全、方便,请您仔细阅读以下关于住宿的规定:

一、入住

1、公费学生(含CSC学生,国际中文教师奖学金学生)房费由奖学金支付,奖学金博士研究生单间,其他奖学金生双人间;自费学生双人间,自行支付房费。

2、凭《南京大学入学通知书》到入住校区前台办理入住手续,留学生宿舍仅限学生本人办理入住。

3、入住时请交纳南京大学留学生公寓物品押金600元人民币和钥匙押金50元人民币(包括各类奖学金学生,均需要交纳物品押金和钥匙押金)。请您仔细核对押金单上所列物品的种类及数量,并妥善使用及保管,退房时一并交还,交还时600元物品押金和50元钥匙押金如数退还,如有物品损坏丢失,需照价赔偿。押金单请妥善保存。

4、仙林留学生公寓每学期开学安排长期居住的学历生及院系交换生居住,按学期收费;学期中、假期内不安排学生入住。

二、退宿

1、毕业生请在规定时间内离校(如果提前退宿不退还预缴费用)。

2、学生因休学、退学原因提前退宿,可以退还部分已预缴房费(当月剩余天数的房费不退还)。

3、学生退宿时,须结清学生宿舍的住宿费、家具赔偿等费用后方可办理离校手续。退房后,不要将私人物品滞留在宿舍内,否则将作为无主物品处理,退房时间以还钥匙或门卡为准,遗留物品将作废弃物品处理。 

4、遇到特殊情况不能按时退房者,应及时与宿舍联系并在审核同意后办理居住延长手续。到合同规定的居住截止日期未退房且未与前台取得联系者,其房内物品将作废弃物处理。

5、凡毕业、退学、休学的学生,在学校通知离校期内必须办理退宿手续并离开留学生宿舍,逾期遗留物品按无主物品处理。

三、日常管理规定

1、自觉遵守各项中国法律、校纪校规和规章制度。

2、留学生宿舍仅限留学生本人居住。不得私自拆装、改装或移动宿舍里的设施和家具;因使用不当损坏或丢失设施设备和家具的,照价赔偿; 如不能说明造成物品损坏的直接责任人,则赔偿费由本室人员均摊。

3、学生应服从宿舍布局调整和安排。不得利用宿舍从事违反法律和学校校规的活动。入住学生必须按指定的楼、室、床位入住,不得出借、转让、擅自变更宿舍和床位,不得强占和变更房内结构和布置,不得留宿异性和外来人员。合住的同学学期中途如有1人退宿,我们将在短期内将您调整到其他房间合住或者安排新的室友。在无新同屋期间,自费生将承担整间房间费用,公费生不可以任何理由拒绝其他学生入住或私自与其他同学合并,如有违反,将取消居住资格,所付房费不予退还并严肃处理。

4、请妥善保管好您的房卡,所住房间不得私自调换、转让、转租或借给他人。会客时间为每天8:00—22:00,不得在楼栋内接待异性同学、朋友,(家长除外);访客需在值班室登记方可进入公寓,不得留宿。留学生公寓实行门禁制度,请在晚间12点前回到宿舍;如果晚归,需在宿舍安保处登记,申明原因以备查。

5、保持宿舍内清洁,宿舍内的卫生由学生自行打扫。

6、严禁擅自动用及损坏楼内公共、消防设施。

7、严禁在公共区域(如:房间门口、楼层走道、楼梯口等)摆放私人物品及张贴宣传品,否则视作垃圾处置。

8、严禁向窗外抛掷物品、在窗外悬挂衣服、摆放花盆等。

9、严禁将杂物扔进卫生间的坐便器及地漏内。

10、严禁在房间内进行装修及在墙壁上乱涂乱画、钉钉子,乱接绳索进行晾晒(特别严禁在消防水喷淋头上系绳索晾晒衣物等)。

11、严禁在房间内进行宗教活动,有特殊情况请去宗教场所。

12、公寓内不允许饲养动物。

13、留学生如需举办聚会、晚会,请先到海外教育学院申请批准。

14、如有违反上述规定,第一次口头警告,第二次书面处分,情节严重者,直接取消入住资格。

四、    安全管理规定

1、允许学生公寓的相关工作人员进行公寓室内检查及维修、保养工作。

2、应接受有关部门的安全检查,并对查出的安全隐患及时进行整改,服从安全管理。

3、房间内禁止烧煮食物,禁止私拉、乱接电线。一经发现,将没收相关电器代为保管,待离校时归还。如造成室内设施污损或毁坏,必须照价赔偿。情节严重者,直接收回房间。

4、严禁在房间内使用功率>1000瓦、"三无"(无中文标识,无厂名,无厂址)、自制的用电设备及其他有安全隐患的电器(如:油酊、取暖器、电冰箱、电饭煲、电磁炉、电饼铛、电烧锅、电烤箱、电火锅、电热毯、电卷发棒等)。

5、严禁将电动自行车电池带入房间内充电。

6、严禁将使用中的电器(如:台灯、接线板、充电器等)放在被褥、蚊帐或纸箱等易燃物品上,以免发生火灾。

7、严禁在房间内吸烟、使用明火(如使用酒精炉、点蜡烛、烧香、燃烧废纸杂物等)。

8、严禁在宿舍内使用和存放易燃、易爆、腐蚀、有毒、放射性的物品。

9、楼梯口、走道、阳台等公共区域均属于安全逃生通道,请保持整洁与畅通,禁止在以上公共区域堆放私人物品(包括个人衣物、鞋子、报刊纸箱、床上用品以及塑料瓶等易燃物品);不乱涂乱画,门上以及墙上不得张贴任何海报以及图画。为了他人安全,严禁高空抛物。

10、自觉遵守学校管理制度,禁止在宿舍内进行饮酒、吸烟、赌博、吸毒等影响宿舍公共秩序或他人身心健康的活动,严禁在宿舍区内经商及推销。不得在宿舍内从事影响他人学习与休息的活动,在宿舍使用音响、电脑等应以不影响他人为前提。

五、    友情提醒

1、请注意自己签证的有效期限。

2、贵重物品请您放置在安全地点妥善保管。

      以上用电、防火、防盗、公共卫生以及安全规定,请全体留学生严格遵守,如有违反或引发事故,全部损失由肇事者赔偿,并依法追究其相应的法律责任。


鼓楼留学生公寓宿舍管理规定

离开宿舍时请及时关闭空调和房间电源,节约用电。

二、退宿

Fees for dormitories on both campuses

1. Room price in Xianlin Campus: 3000 RMB/semester/bed. 

2. Room price of Gulou International Student Apartment: double room 52 yuan/day/bed; Single room 67 yuan/day.

3. Accommodation fees are to be paid by credit card, WeChat or Alipay. The deposit must be paid in cash.

Reminder:

There’re no mettresses, pillows or other bedding in Xianlin campus dormitory, you need to prepare on your own.

There’re mattresses in Gulou campus dormitory, but there’re no pillows or other bedding, you need prepare on your own.

Reserve your dorm

Scholarship students  ( including the CSC and ICLTS students) do not need to make a reservation. Please check in directly at the dormitory.

Self-funded students need to make a reservation in advance. As long as you can submit a reservation on the official website, it means that the reservation is successful, and you can check in to the dormitory on the specified date after the reservation is successful. If you can't reserve, it means that you don't have a room and you need to arrange your own accommodation.The reservation is open at the beginning of August during summer vacation, and the middle of January during the winter vacation. If you come to Nanjing early, you need to arrange your own accommodation. Please arrange your itinerary in advance.

Due to the shortage of dormitory, new self-financed students will not be guaranteed to be able to reserve the student dormitory. Some students choose Gunandu Yixian Mansion (Nanjing Yunnan Road Subway Station Branch) as a transitional hotel after entry. Address: 160 Shanghai Road; Tel: 86-25-85202626. Before and after entry,please learn about the housing near the campus in advance through the rental app, and go through the rental procedures after coming to Nanjing. Xianlin International Student Residence Dormitory Management Regulations

Welcome to Nanjing University. According to the national regulations on the management of international students, in order to make your life safe and convenience during your studies, please read the following regulations on accommodation:

Check-in

1.The room fee for CSC and ICLTS students shall be paid by the scholarship. Doctoral students of the scholarship enjoy the single room, and  the other scholarship students share the double room. The remaining students pay for their own room rates, depending on the room type. Please consult at the front desk upon check-in if you have questions.

2.Check in at the front desk of the campus with the "Nanjing University Admission Letter". International student dormitories are restricted to students checking in only.

3.Please pay a deposit of 600 RMB and a key deposit of 50 RMB for Nanjing University International Student Apartment upon check-in (including all kinds of scholarship students, all kinds of scholarship students need to pay a deposit for items and keys). Please carefully check the type and quantity of items listed on the deposit list. Please use and keep them properly, and return them together upon check-out. Refund the 600 yuan item deposit and 50 yuan key deposit when you return them. Please keep the deposit slip safe.

4.Xianlin International Student Apartment will arrange long-term residence for academic students and department exchange students to live at the beginning of each semester. The fee will be charged according to the semester. Students will not be accommodated during semesters and holidays.

Check-out

1. Graduates should leave the school within the specified time (if you leave early, the prepaid fee will not be refunded).

2. Students who leave the dormitory early due to suspension or withdrawal can refund part of the prepaid room fee (the room fee for the remaining days of the month will not be refunded).

3. When check-out, students must settle the accommodation fee and furniture compensation of the student dormitory before going through the departure procedures. After check-out, do not leave personal belongings in the dormitory, otherwise they will be disposed of as ownerless items. Check-out time is subject to return keys or room cards, and  the items left behind will be disposed of as waste. 

4. Those who cannot check out on time under special circumstances should contact the dormitory in time and go through the residence extension procedures after review and approval. If you do not check out by the contracted check-out deadline and do not contact the front desk, the items of the room will be disposed of as waste.

5. All students who graduate, withdraw or suspend must go through the check-out procedures and leave the dormitory of international students during the period notified by the university. And the items left behind will be disposed of as ownerless items.

Daily management regulations

Consciously abide by all Chinese laws, school discipline and rules.

2. International student dormitory is limited to international students themselves. Do not disassemble, modify or move the facilities and furniture in the dormitory without permission. If the facilities and equipment are damaged or lost due to improper use, compensation shall be made according to the price. If the person directly responsible for the damage to the item cannot be identified, the compensation fee will be shared by all the roommates.

3. Students should comply with the arrangement by the dormitory. Students should only live in the arranged room, building, any rent-out or change the bed is not allowed. Students who live in dormitory can not change the structure of the room. Any people coming from other places can not stay overnight.  If your roommate leaves the room, , the dormitory will transfer you to another room or arrange a new roommate in a short period of time. During the period of no new roommate, the self-funded student will bear the cost of the entire room. .Scholarship student is not allowed to use the other bed and refuse to let the new roommate entering. Scholarship students should not arrange to share the room with other students by student themselves. Any students who break the rule will be canceled the right of accommodation, fees will not be returned and will be dealt with seriously.

4. Please keep your room key and room card properly, and the room shall not be exchanged, transferred, subleased or lent to others without permission. International student meeting time is from 8:00 to 22:00 every day. Students and friends of the opposite sex are not allowed to be received in the building (except for parents).  Visitors need to register at the front desk or management office to enter the apartment, and are not allowed to stay. The international student dormitory has an access control system, so please return to the dormitory by 12 p.m.  If you are late for your return, you will need to register with the dormitory security office and state the reason for future reference. 

5. Keep the dormitory clean, and the dormitory is cleaned by the students themselves.

6. It is strictly forbidden to use and damage the public fire fighting facilities in the building without authorization.

7. It is strictly forbidden to place personal belongings and post publicity materials in public areas (e.g. room doors, floor walkways, staircases, student kitchens, etc.), otherwise it will be regarded as garbage disposal.

8. It is strictly forbidden to throw objects outside the window, hang clothes outside the window, and arrange flower pots, etc.

9. It is strictly forbidden to throw debris into the toilet and floor drain in the bathroom.

10. It is strictly forbidden to decorate the room and graffiti on the wall, nail nails, and connect ropes to dry (especially it is strictly forbidden to tie ropes on the fire water sprinkler head to dry clothes, etc.).

11. It is strictly forbidden to conduct religious activities in the room, please go to religious sites under special circumstances.

12. Animals are not allowed in the apartment.

13. If international students need to hold parties or parties, please apply for approval at the Institute For International Students first. 

14. If there is any violation of the above regulations, the first oral warning, the second formal criticism. If the circumstances are serious, the accommodation qualification will be cancelled directly.

 Safety management regulations

1. The relevant staff of the student apartment are allowed to carry out the inspection of the apartment room and repair and maintenance work.

2. The safety inspection of the relevant departments should be accepted, promptly rectify the hidden dangers found out, and obey the safety management.

3. Cooking food is prohibited in the room, and it is forbidden to pull or connect wires randomly. Once discovered, the confiscated electrical appliances will be kept on their behalf and returned when they leave the school. If the indoor facilities are defaced or destroyed, compensation must be paid according to the price. In case of serious circumstances, the room will be taken back directly.

4. It is strictly forbidden to use electrical equipment whose power is over 1000 watts, "three noes" (no Chinese logo, no factory name, no factory address), self-made electrical equipment and other electrical appliances with potential safety hazards (such as: tinctures, heaters, refrigerators, rice cookers, induction cookers, electric cake bells, electric pots, electric ovens, electric hot pots, electric blankets, electric curling sticks, etc.) in the room.

5. It is strictly forbidden to bring the e-bike battery into the room for charging. 

6. It is strictly forbidden to put electrical appliances in use (such as desk lamps, terminal blocks, chargers, etc.) on flammable items such as bedding, mosquito nets or cartons to avoid fire.

7. Smoking and using an open flame in the room (such as using an alcohol stove, lighting candles, burning incense, burning waste paper and debris, etc.) are strictly prohibited.

8. It is strictly forbidden to use and store flammable, explosive, corrosive, toxic and radioactive items in the dormitory.

9. Always keep the public aisle,stairs and balcony clear as these are for evacuation only,it is not allowed to leave personal items including clothes,shoes, magazine,paper boxes, beddings, plastic bottle and other inflammable things in those public areas.No Scrawling on the wall, it is forbidden to post any poster or picture on the door or wall.For safety,it is forbidden to throw anything from higher level.

10.Abide by the regulations of school. It is forbidden to drink alcohol,smoke,gambling,taking drugs and other illegal activities in the dormitory, business and marketing in the dormitory are also strictly forbidden. Keep the dormitory quiet, if you need to use computer or Hi-Fi, make sure that you will keep the volume low and not disturbing other students.

Friendly reminder

1. Please pay attention to the validity period of your visa.

2. Please place your personal and valuables in your room for safe.

Please strictly abide the above electricity, fire, anti-theft, public health and safety regulations. If there is a violation or accident, all losses will be compensated by the perpetrator. The corresponding legal responsibilities will be investigated according to law.

 Gulou International Student Residence Dormitory Management Regulations

Check-in

The room fee for International Chinese Teacher Scholarship and CSC students shall be paid by the scholarship.Master's and doctoral students of the scholarship enjoy the single room, and  the other scholarship students share the double room. The remaining students pay for their own room rates, depending on the room type. Please consult at the front desk upon check-in if you have questions.

Check in at the front desk of the campus with the "Nanjing University Admission Letter". International student dormitories are restricted to students checking in only.

3. Please pay a deposit of 600 RMB and a key deposit of 50 RMB (cash) for Nanjing University International Student Apartment upon check-in. All need to pay a deposit for items and keys,including all kinds of scholarship students. Please carefully check the type and quantity of items listed on the deposit list, and use and keep them properly. When you check out, they will be returned together. And refund the 600 yuan item deposit and 50 yuan key deposit when you return them. Please keep the deposit slip safe.

4. The rooms in the international student apartment are given to students who live for a long time (more than one semester).

5. Payment method: you need to pay the room fee in one lump sum (if you check out before the specified period, you will deduct 1,000 yuan as a penalty from your one-time room fee, and the remaining room fee of the month will not be refunded).

6. International students need to purchase electricity by themselves.

In Xiyuan of Gulou Campus electricity can be purchased by Nanjing University APP and WeChat.

In Zeng Xianzilou of Gulou Campus you may go to the front desk on the first floor of Xiyuan to pay for electricity.

In Pingcang Lane you can use Alipay to purchase electricity.

When leaving the dormitory, please turn off the air conditioner and room power in time to save electricity.

Check-out

1. Graduates should leave the school within the specified time (if you leave early, the prepaid fee will not be refunded).

2. Students who leave the dormitory early due to suspension or withdrawal can refund part of the prepaid room fee (the room fee for the remaining days of the month will not be refunded).

3. When check-out, students must settle the accommodation fee and furniture compensation of the student dormitory before going through the departure procedures. After check-out, do not leave personal belongings in the dormitory, otherwise they will be disposed of as ownerless items. Check-out time is subject to return keys or room cards, and  the items left behind will be disposed of as waste. 

4. Those who cannot check out on time under special circumstances should contact the dormitory in time and go through the residence extension procedures after review and approval. If you do not check out by the contracted check-out deadline and do not contact the front desk, the items of the room will be disposed of as waste.

5. All students who graduate, withdraw or suspend must go through the check-out procedures and leave the dormitory of international students during the period notified by the university. And the items left behind will be disposed of as ownerless items.

Daily management regulations

Consciously abide by all Chinese laws, school discipline and rules.

2. International student dormitory is limited to international students themselves. Do not disassemble, modify or move the facilities and furniture in the dormitory without permission. If the facilities and equipment are damaged or lost due to improper use, compensation shall be made according to the price. If the person directly responsible for the damage to the item cannot be identified, the compensation fee will be shared by all the roommates.

3. Students should comply with the arrangement by the dormitory. Students should only live in the arranged room, building, any rent-out or change the bed is not allowed. Students who live in dormitory can not change the structure of the room. Any people coming from other places can not stay overnight.  If your roommate leaves the room, , the dormitory will transfer you to another room or arrange a new roommate in a short period of time. During the period of no new roommate, the self-funded student will bear the cost of the entire room. .Scholarship student is not allowed to use the other bed and refuse to let the new roommate entering. Scholarship students should not arrange to share the room with other students by student themselves. Any students who break the rule will be canceled the right of accommodation, fees will not be returned and will be dealt with seriously.

4. Please keep your room key and room card properly, and the room shall not be exchanged, transferred, subleased or lent to others without permission. International student meeting time is from 8:00 to 22:00 every day. Students and friends of the opposite sex are not allowed to be received in the building (except for parents).  Visitors need to register at the front desk or management office to enter the apartment, and are not allowed to stay. The international student dormitory has an access control system, so please return to the dormitory by 12 p.m.  If you are late for your return, you will need to register with the dormitory security office and state the reason for future reference. 

5. Keep the dormitory clean, and the dormitory is cleaned by the students themselves.

6. It is strictly forbidden to use and damage the public fire fighting facilities in the building without authorization.

7. It is strictly forbidden to place personal belongings and post publicity materials in public areas (e.g. room doors, floor walkways, staircases, student kitchens, etc.), otherwise it will be regarded as garbage disposal.

8. It is strictly forbidden to throw objects outside the window, hang clothes outside the window, and arrange flower pots, etc.

9. It is strictly forbidden to throw debris into the toilet and floor drain in the bathroom.

10. It is strictly forbidden to decorate the room and graffiti on the wall, nail nails, and connect ropes to dry (especially it is strictly forbidden to tie ropes on the fire water sprinkler head to dry clothes, etc.).

11. It is strictly forbidden to conduct religious activities in the room, please go to religious sites under special circumstances.

12. Animals are not allowed in the apartment.

13. If international students need to hold parties or parties, please apply for approval at the Institute For International Students first.

14. If there is any violation of the above regulations, the first oral warning, the second formal criticism. If the circumstances are serious, the accommodation qualification will be cancelled directly.

 Safety management regulations

1. The relevant staff of the student apartment are allowed to carry out the inspection of the apartment room and repair and maintenance work.

2. The safety inspection of the relevant departments should be accepted, promptly rectify the hidden dangers found out, and obey the safety management.

3. Cooking food is prohibited in the room, and it is forbidden to pull or connect wires randomly. Once discovered, the confiscated electrical appliances will be kept on their behalf and returned when they leave the school. If the indoor facilities are defaced or destroyed, compensation must be paid according to the price. In case of serious circumstances, the room will be taken back directly.

4. It is strictly forbidden to use electrical equipment whose power is over 1000 watts, "three noes" (no Chinese logo, no factory name, no factory address), self-made electrical equipment and other electrical appliances with potential safety hazards (such as: tinctures, heaters, refrigerators, rice cookers, induction cookers, electric cake bells, electric pots, electric ovens, electric hot pots, electric blankets, electric curling sticks, etc.) in the room.

5. It is strictly forbidden to bring the e-bike battery into the room for charging. Charging with floating wires is strictly prohibited in Pingcang Lane.

6. It is strictly forbidden to put electrical appliances in use (such as desk lamps, terminal blocks, chargers, etc.) on flammable items such as bedding, mosquito nets or cartons to avoid fire.

7. Smoking and using an open flame in the room (such as using an alcohol stove, lighting candles, burning incense, burning waste paper and debris, etc.) are strictly prohibited.

8. It is strictly forbidden to use and store flammable, explosive, corrosive, toxic and radioactive items in the dormitory.

9. Always keep the public aisle,stairs and balcony clear as these are for evacuation only,it is not allowed to leave personal items including clothes,shoes, magazine,paper boxes, beddings, plastic bottle and other inflammable things in those public areas.No Scrawling on the wall, it is forbidden to post any poster or picture on the door or wall.For safety,it is forbidden to throw anything from higher level.

10.Abide by the regulations of school. It is forbidden to drink alcohol,smoke,gambling,taking drugs and other illegal activities in the dormitory, business and marketing in the dormitory are also strictly forbidden. Keep the dormitory quiet, if you need to use computer or Hi-Fi, make sure that you will keep the volume low and not disturbing other students.

1. Please pay attention to the validity period of your visa.

2. Please place your personal and valuables in your room for safe. The living room of Pingcang Lane is a public area. Please do not store personal belongings in the living room. If an item is lost, you should bear the consequences yourself.

Please strictly abide the above electricity, fire, anti-theft, public health and safety regulations. If there is a violation or accident, all losses will be compensated by the perpetrator. The corresponding legal responsibilities will be investigated according to law.
